We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition, and in the possible shortest time. Once we have processed and fulfiled your order you will automatically be emailed tracking details to the email address supplied during the ordering process. If you do not/have not received your tracking details please email sales@giles-deacon.com

In the event that there is a problem with your order, or if and item(s) is out of stock, we will notify you via the email you provided during the ordering process.
