What is your returns policy?

We have a 14 day returns policy which applies for damaged works as well. Please note that any refunds need to be done within this time frame. We will then be happy to refund you for the price of your item.

How do I return my item?

Please email sales@giles-deacon.com and request a return. We will send you the address for you to ship it to. Make sure the item is securely packaged for transport. We recommend that you use the original packaging. Please use a recorded delivery service so that you can track the package and avoid possible loss. We do not reimburse you for shipping costs.

When does the refund get issued?

We'll process your refund once we have received the item and checked that it's in its original condition.

What is a secure shipping address?

We don’t want to see your item lost or stolen so please be sure to provide an address where you are certain someone will be able to receive and sign for your order when it arrives. This may be your home or workplace, with a trusted friend or a neighbour.

My order has not arrived?

We try to ship all items within 7 days of receiving order and payment. We will send you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order or need an order urgently, please email sales@giles-deacon.com
