We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition, and in the possible shortest time. Once we have processed and fulfilled your order you will automatically be emailed tracking details to the email address supplied during the ordering process. Duty & taxes
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to duty and/or tax. All duty and tax charges are payable by the recipient, and are not the responsibility of Giles Deacon nor any of its agents.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns can be made within 14 day of receipt for refund of an item. Exchanges can be made for different colours or sizes provided they are in stock. For returns outside the 14 day period we will happily exchange the product to the value that it was purchased at. In all cases items being returned should be in their original condition, which should include tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.
